Step 1: Register a secure cashless account online using your ticket barcode. Please, make sure you’re using your own ticket barcode (starting with “66”)
Note: Setting up multiple wallets under one account only allows the account holder to top up these wallets. If you wish to top up your own wallet before and throughout the event, please set up your own account with your own ticket barcode. They are not wallets that everyone shares, just one person can control the funds of each wallet.
Step 2: Add the amount of money that you want to top up.
Step 3: When you go to the event you will exchange your e-ticket for a wristband that has your money loaded onto it. You can skip straight to Step 5!
Step 4: If you haven’t created your online account in advance, no problem! Just come back to this page, create an account and add funds to your wristband.
Step 5: You’re now ready to get purchasing on-site!
Step 6: If you still have money on your wristband after the event, you will need to reclaim it by 23:59 on 8th October 22.
Do I have to register?
We strongly recommend this to avoid queuing at the top-up tent!
This will allow you to:
• Check spending history.
• Easily reclaim any money not spent post-festival.
How do I recover the balance of my cashless wristband after the event?
If there is money left on your wristband after the festival (min £2), you have until 23:59 on 8th October 22 to make your refund request. If you have less than £2 just top up above and you can claim all of your money back.
Refunds will be done by debit/credit card only and will require the 6-digit code inscribed on the back of your cashless wristband. Please don’t misplace it! Refunds are processed weekly and can take up to 7 days to appear on your bank/credit card after the process date
If you have created a Cashless account to ask for your money back, you have to login to your account via the festival website and press the button ‘Refunds’. Refunds are processed weekly and can take up to 7 days to appear on your bank/credit card after the process date.
If you did not create a Cashless account for the event and only used the top up tent, then in order to reclaim your balance, you must create a Cashless account. It’s quick and easy: visit the event website and go to Cashless section. From there create your Cashless account by entering:
• Your full name
• Email address
• A password
• The code that is on the back of your cashless wristband
• Your Bank credit card information
Once logged into your account, click the ‘Refunds’ button. Refunds are processed weekly and can take up to 7 days to appear on your bank/credit card after the process date.
Credit & Debit Cards are not accepted at any of the outlets at Electric Park.
