FAQs & General Information


  • 14:00 – 23:00 on Saturday 24th September 2022.
  • Gates close for entry at 20:30.
  • Main entrance is located to the South of Peoples Park.
  • Stewards will be available to direct you to the pedestrian main entrance.



Travel Information

  • Check with the local bus company ‘Liberty Bus’. It is best to arrange your journey home prior to coming to the event, check bus times, taxi services and ensure to leave in plenty of time to get home safely.
  • There is no drop off point for cars so please arrange a convenient location away from St Aubins Road.


Vehicle Parking

  • There are plenty of public car parks in St Helier.


Tickets & Entry

  • Please read the terms & conditions at www.electricpark.je/info when purchasing your ticket. Upon entry, please have your ticket ready for inspection and scanning.
  • You can not leave the event unless in extreme circumstances. Please retain your ticket if printed, as re-entry is not possible without it.
  • You will enter bag search first and then proceed to the accreditation where you will be wrist banded. The RFID wristband will be loaded with your credit by our accreditation team.



  • Do not lose or try to remove your wristband. They can’t be replaced and if they have been tampered with, you may be evicted.


Young Children

  • In our opinion this event is not suitable for young children. If you do want to bring children along we suggest ear protection, and supervision is required at all times. On entering the event, children will be given a Tyvek wristband which will have a space on the inside for you to write your name and telephone number as parent or guardian. We can use this as a primary contact to reunite you. Replacements can be picked up at the Welfare tent.
  • If aged 16 years & below you need to be accompanied by an adult of 18 years or over. It is not recommended to bring children 5 years & under to the event as their hearing is under-developed & amplified music could potentially cause damage.


Disabled Customers

  • If you require the use of our Disabled Access facilities and/or wish to apply for a free Carer ticket then please contact [email protected]
  • The event allows easy access to all areas. Guide dogs for the blind and/or deaf are the only animals permitted onto the park.
  • There is a disabled drop off lay by on St Aubins Road just outside the main gates. Signage will direct you to this location. Please have your your Jersey Blue Vehicle Badge clearly displayed for our stewards.
  • The disabled pick up point is located at the Inn on the Park Car Park.
  • For wheelchair bound guests please use the VIP entrance gate.


Age Restrictions & Valid ID

  • Please bring ID if you look under 25 years old and remember legally there is no automatic right to be served alcohol. Service is always at the discretion of the licensee for whatever reason they decide, and the licensee is under no obligation to explain the reason.
  • Please bring the original proof of ID. However, we suggest using YOTI to prove your age, you can also verify people you meet online, prove your identity to businesses, log in to websites without passwords, and more. YOTI will eliminate the risk of losing important documents such as your Passport or Driving License. Visit: https://www.yoti.com


What you cannot bring?

  • Do not bring Glass, Soft Drinks, Alcohol, Food, Animals (other than registered hearing dogs or guide dogs), Aerosols over 250ml, Fireworks, Flares, Airhorns. Cans, Chairs, Drones. Any goods for unauthorised trading or with unauthorised Electric Park logos, Bags larger than A4 size. Any items which may reasonably be considered for use as a weapon (includes any item which may cause danger, offence or disruption to any other person.
  • There will be no receipts issued for any confiscated/surrendered items. Please deposit any contraband in the amnesty bins before you attempt to enter the festival. You may be searched at the entrance and upon exit from the festival site.


What you can bring?

  • We permit 100ml bottles of sun cream to be bought into the event.
  • Please wrap up! The park can get cold in September evenings.


Lost Property

  • Write down you mobile phone IMEI number on a piece of paper prior to coming to the event, not in your phone’s notes! If you have an iphone, install the Find My iPhone App in advance. This will help get your phone back to you.
  • Not sure how to find your IMEI number? Just write “how to find IMEI number” in google!
  • Lost Property can be found at the T Shirt Shop. Any lost property remaining after the event will be held by the organisers who can be contacted at [email protected] Please hand in any lost property at the T Shirt Shop.


Illegal Substances

  • Get rid of them in the entrance gate amnesty bins. Do not attempt to bring illegal substances on site as you stand a very real chance of being caught and subsequently arrested. The same applies to anything that is deemed to be an offensive weapon.


Drinking Responsibly

  • Alcohol dehydrates!! If drinking alcoholic drinks, please ensure you do so responsibly.  Pace yourself and top up throughout the day with plenty of water or soft drinks to stay hydrated. For more information, please visit www.drinkaware.co.uk.
  • Do not drink and drive, it endangers the lives of yourself and others and you risk losing your license!
  • The organisers strongly recommend that people travelling to the event, use public buses or designate a non-alcohol drinking driver to be responsible for your car journeys.



  • Unsociable behaviour will not be tolerated, and it will result in eviction from the event.  Anyone attempting to throw projectiles will be arrested immediately and prosecuted. Please respect other attendees and security/stewards.



  • Please keep Peoples Park tidy.  Be responsible not to create litter! There are plenty of bins provided on site, so please use them!
  • Respect the areas surrounding Peoples Park and use the bins to dispose of any litter.



  • Please ensure to respect people using the toilet after you by keeping it clean, as you would like to find it.



Ep wish to make the event as safe as possible and have implemented the following measures;

  • Increased hand sanitiser stations.
  • Increased number of toilets.
  • Track & Trace will be in effect at the event via the electronic ticket system.
  • Face coverings and glove protection will be worn by gate staff and security.
  • Additional COVID signage will be in place.
  • Please do not attend if you have any COVID symptoms.
  • If you develop COVID symptoms please head straight to the medical tent.
  • Please respect others and people’s personal space.


Weather & Sound

  • Please be aware that prolonged exposure to amplified sound may cause permanent hearing damage. Beware of prolonged exposure to the sun. Ensure you use UV protective sun cream.


Our Neighbour’s

  • The organisers are extremely privileged to be able to use Peoples Park and would like to continue to do so year after year. Your help is needed to keep the local community happy. Please ensure you leave the event quietly.
  • Do not litter the roads.
  • Do not park vehicles in any of the nearby roads. Apart from causing an annoyance to the residents, you will be towed away by the local authority representatives. There are temporary road restrictions surrounding the event.
  • Please do not litter the surrounding area.


Resident Tickets

  • There are no tickets for local residents available.


Authorised Tickets and Fraud Prevention

  • Only purchase tickets via the Electric Park website. We monitor the internet, however the best way to prevent fraud is to not risk buying from unauthorised sources.
